Warranty Information

Top Tier Gutter Solutions LLC stands behind every installation with a clear, honest warranty.

A warranty certificate outlining the details below will be provided upon request after completion of your installation.

Labor Warranty

This Labor Warranty certifies that the guttering systems installed by Top Tier Gutter Solutions LLC are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from date of installation against sagging, pulling loose, leaking, or not functioning properly due to improper installation.

To submit a claim: All claims may be submitted in writing via email to Top Tier Gutter Solutions LLC at [email protected].

What Is NOT Covered

  1. 1.Natural, Act-of-God occurrences such as, but not limited to, lightning, hurricanes, hail, earthquakes, flood, tornadoes, and falling objects.
  2. 2.Damage to the property or structure caused by settling, cracking, movement, shifting, distorting, or splitting — including but not limited to structural failure of walls, roofs, foundations, fascia, or rafters.
  3. 3.Inadequate or improper ventilation of the home, or accumulation of water, ice damming, or mold due to structural deficiencies and/or insufficient drainage.
  4. 4.Any deliberate act or negligence of the purchaser, workman, or any other person when installing or maintaining surfaces of the structure to which materials have been applied.
  5. 5.Normal wear and tear as per manufacturer specifications. In the case of a claim, the manufacturing company will have final say if a product must be replaced.
  6. 6.Color fading, staining, replacement of any rotten wood, water behind gutters without eave metal, or any erosion.
  7. 7.Any installed materials not provided by Top Tier Gutter Solutions LLC.
  8. 8.Expansion or contraction of windows, siding, roofing, concrete, or trim.
  9. 9.Improper maintenance of the guttering system by the customer, including but not limited to clogging caused by leaves or debris in the gutter.

The main cause of customer complaints is gutters overflowing due to debris. Top Tier Gutter Solutions LLC is not responsible for general maintenance, inspections, or cleaning of guttering systems. Gutter cleanings are not covered by any warranty.

Important Notice

Please note that any service call requested after 90 days of initial installation will incur a fee if we need to clean gutters to access a repair, or if we find that the reported problem is due to customer neglect or clogging caused by leaves or debris.

Manufacturer Warranties

Gutter Material — 50-Year Paint Warranty

Manufacturers of our products carry their own extended warranties pertaining to defects of their products, including painted finish issues such as cracking, peeling, or chipping. Our gutter manufacturer covers such defects for a period of up to 50 years.

Gutter Topper / Cover Warranties

Topper (or gutter cover) warranties are limited and provided by each manufacturer. Currently, Leaf Free and LeafBlaster Pro are the only topper manufacturers that provide extended warranties on their products. Copies of these warranties can be provided to you upon request.
