Our Team

Lucky has worked in many trades throughout his life, but found his passion in construction management, upon his return from spending 8 years in Iraq.  Lucky is very personable and makes friends everywhere he goes.  One of Luckys many quotes to live by is, "you can't teach honesty and dependability", which he expects nothing less of his team members.  You will meet Lucky on site measuring most our jobs, but he is also very hands on and you will find him on almost every job site the day of install.  If you're looking for Lucky on warm weekends you will always find on the lake, as boating is his favorite pastime.

I'm sure you have gathered by the last name that Tara is the wife of our owner, Lucky.  Tara and Lucky have been together since 1997 and have 3 children.  Tara has spent most all of her working years with construction companies and working in customer service.  You will speak with Tara before, during and after every job, as she does all of the scheduling and invoicing for our company.  Although you will rarely find her on a job site, you can always count on her for quick response time and communicating with you regarding your job from start to finish.  Outside of work you can usually find Tara at cheer practice with their daughter or on the lake with the family.

At Top Tier we were happy to add Sarah to our team.  You will typically speak to Sarah when you call the office or receive emails from her when she sends over your estimates, photos and invoices.  Sarah has been around the gutter industry for many years, through her fiance', but has expanded her knowledge over the last few months in the office.  We know it's confusing to hear from Sarah and Tara, but we answer to either name. :)

Chris is the leader of our Top Tier team and we are very excited to have him. He has worked in the gutter industry for many years and his installation skills are top notch (or Top Tier as we like to say).  Chris, his wife Sarah and their son CJ have been family friends of ours for several years.  When Chris isn't working at Top Tier you will likely find him spending time with his family and his dogs Memphis and Bully, trail riding or on the boat with his Top Tier family.  Chris is originally from Florida, but grew up in Rome, GA.  If you see Chris on a job site you will likely find him with a smile on his face and always making us laugh.

Braxton is the middle son of Tara and Lucky.  Braxton came to us after spending a few years in customer service at Publix.  He has been around the construction world through his parents for many years, but recently decided that he wanted to venture out and learn the trade of gutters.  In his free time Braxton likes to hang out with his friends and his girlfriend Ashlee.  Braxton is still learning, but is eager to gain more knowledge.  You will find him on job sites helping the crew with installations and usually smiling (when it's not 100 degrees).
